M/s. Khayati Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 15.04.2008 in Mysore with the aim to set up a steel re-rolling mill to tap into the demand of Mysore and Bangalore, which is only 140 kms away, and is destined to be the next IT Hub next only to Bangalore.
Facilities
Our 14” steel re rolling plant of has a capacity of 50000 MT p.a. and a steel melt shop (Induction furnace) of 12 MT having a capacity of 51000 Mt p.a. Be it a small residence or a mega structure of national pride, we have all the right equipment to build anything you can imagine.
Technology
Our Mysore Plant is completely automated and integrated for manufacturing high quality TMT rebars and Billets using the best technology in the industry. Apex TMT bars are produced using patented quenching technology from Thermex – Germany.
Besides critical laboratory equipments and infrastructure we also have systems to ensure the finest quality of Apex TMT construction bars.
Spectrometer
Spectrometer is the instrument used for testing the chemical composition of TMT Bar (IS Specification). It must be right to get the desired properties and grade of steel. It gives the chemical composition of the tested bar in terms of 32 elements and also ensuring the IS specifications are strictly maintained.
C&S Determination Unit
Complete glassware assembly with combustion chamber control panel . We achieve accurate chemical analysis possible with zero human interface & negating the chances of manipulation.
Gauge Control System
Ensures correct sizes of bars in rolling and helps to avoid wastage
Zero Tension Rolling
Automated Multi snap shear system with Variable Speed DC drive
